As we go about our daily lives, God opens doors. If we are watching and listening, we will walk through each door of opportunity.

Sveta was sitting in line (waiting room) at the village council office.
She was there to gather documents for her daughter. Overhearing
two women talking about their children, children with disabilities,
she listened with great interest. We told this story in June of 2025.

In January, 2026, we were looking for more people with needs that MUCH could meet. Our minds brought us back to a wonderful family, Alexiy, Valya, and their two boys.Their oldest 12 year old son Daniel, who has a severe disability, was the focus of our June 2025 story.

Today, I want to focus on these wonderful parents. Our experience over the past twenty-one years has been that the majority of fathers of disabled children leave their families. They lack love for their ‘special needs’ children.

Alexiy and Valya are filled with a deep love for their Daniel. They are such gentle people. It is no wonder that they came to our minds. Sveta called them, chatted for a while, and then invited them to visit us.
