                                                 Happy Thanksgiving!

When God called me to Ukraine twenty-two years ago, my life was packed into two suitcases. At that time, I was thanking God for a greater purpose in my life. I have faced many challenges over these years. Even so, these blessings that I, we, have received are much more powerful, more rewarding.

Thanksgiving morning when we woke up there was no electricity. A neighbor called to share that there was a bombing in and near our city. Almost three years ago, the bombing was in our neighborhood. Two of those years, we were in Poland. Sveta has been back in our home for a year this month, eight months for me.

Everyone has challenges. Each challenge to a different degree. Noone is exempt. The question is,” How do we meet these challenges?”

A number of years ago, Sveta and I have changed our meal time prayers from thanks for food, to include the many blessings that we have. Since the war, our personal thanks has expanded.

We include our thanks to you, friends who read, share our stories, pray for us, and sponsor MUCH. Please join us this Thanksgiving day in giving thanks to God for the many blessings that we overlook every day of the year.

Be looking for our Christmas fundraiser, coming up soon!
